I offer two approaches to Quit smoking / Vaping for life -
Option 1 - This is my 'Way Forward' approach to freedom from smoking or Vaping. This is a One session approach that lasts for two hours. The session comprises of addressing previous reasons for smoking, Identifying triggers, employing coping strategies and realising your personal goals for your future free from the smoking habit. T|hen there is the best bit The Hypnotherapy / Neuro Linguistic programming session where your decision to Quit Smoking or Vaping becomes firmly embeded in your subconscious mind. This option also includes 4 weeks of Zoom / phone or email support and a hypnotherapy recording for you to use at home.
This option is £210
Option 2 - Includes much of option 1 the main difference is the hypnotherapy is over two sessions for anyone that feels they would benefit from a little more support.
This option is £260
As with any therapy I can not offer a guarantee however I will offer all the support I can to ensure your success.
